Parked domains are additional domains which you host on your account. They will display the same website as your primary domain and do NOT have separate web statistics, but you can give the parked domain its own email boxes. Parked domains are often used by businesses that want to have more than one web address for advertising purposes.
For example, if you own mysite.com and it is the primary domain of your cPanel account, you can set up my-site.com as a parked domain and it will load the content of mysite.com. You will notice that although the content of mysite.com is loading in the browser, the address bar will display http://my-site.com/.
In this tutorial we will be creating a new parked domain.
Begin by clicking the Parked Domains icon in the Domains panel of your cPanel control.
This screen will show you any parked domains you already have created. Let's enter a new domain to park.
Then click Add Domain. Our new parked domain has been added. Now anyone who visits newdomain.net will get directed to our main site.
Once the parked domain has ben added you can click on the Manage Redirection link and set the URL to the main website in your domain.
